维生素E按摩辅以频谱仪照射治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素E按摩辅以频谱仪照射治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效。方法:将2010年1月～2011年12月我科收治的70例新生儿硬肿症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用常规治疗+维生素E按摩+频谱仪照射。观察两组患儿硬肿消退情况。结果:观察组硬肿消退快效果好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维生素E按摩辅以频谱仪照射可促进硬肿消退疗效显著,值得临床应用。Objective：To explore the efficacy of the vitamin E massage with spectrum apalyzer physiotherapy in treatment of neonatal scleredema.Methods：70 newborns with neonatal scleredema were randomly divided into observation group and control group from January 2010 to December 2011.Routine treatment＋vitamin E massage were given to the control group,and routine treatment＋vitamin E massage＋spectrum apalyzer physiotherapy were given to the observation group,observe the hard swollen situation in two groups.Results：The observation group swelling subsided quickly effect was good,the differece had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Vitamin E massage with spectrum apalyzer physiotherapy can promote hard swollen subsidise and the curative effect is significant.
