摘　　要：目的:探讨适宜的3%泛影葡胺皮试判断标准。方法:对10 000例使用碘造影剂患者用3%泛影葡胺皮试液进行皮内过敏试验,20 min后记录皮试表现情况并静脉注射30%泛影葡胺皮试液0.9 ml,20 min后记录静脉试验结果(阴性或阳性)。将两种结果进行配对对比分析。结果:3%泛影葡胺皮试结果判断标准为:阴性,无皮丘,局部皮肤无变化,无自觉症状;阳性,局部皮丘突起、质硬,局部痒感,局部红肿、红晕,直径≤1.5 cm,有时伴有伪足;强阳性,局部红肿、硬块,直径>1.5 cm,并伴有伪足及局部痒感,和(或)全身反应。依此判断的3%泛影葡胺皮试结果的阳性率与静脉注射碘试验液阳性率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:本研究3%泛影葡胺皮内试验判断标准准确、科学,可以作为判断泛影葡胺过敏试验的标准。Objective：To investigate the test criteria of suitability of 3% meglumine diatrizoate skin.Methods：10 000 patients with meglumine diatrizoate contrast agent were given intradermal allergy test used 3% meglumine diatrizoate solution,recorded the skin reaction and intravenous injected 30% meglumine diatrizoate solution（0.9 ml） after 20 minutes,recorded intravenous test results after 20 minutes（negative or positive）.The two results were paired comparative analyzed.Results：3% meglumine diatrizoate skin test criterion for：negative：no love,no change in local skin,without self-conscious symptom.Positive：local Pichugin protrusions,hard;local itch;local swelling,reddening,less than 1.5 cm in diameter,sometimes accompanied by pseudopod.Strong positive：local swelling,lump,more than 1.5 cm in diameter,and accompanied by the pseudopod and local itch,and（or） the systemic response.Be judged 3% meglumine diatrizoate skin test positive rates and intravenous injection of meglumine diatrizoate test liquid positive rate showed that there was no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion：This study obtained 3% meglumine diatrizoate intradermal test criterion of accurate and scientific,can be used as an indicator of meglumine diatrizoate allergy test standard.
