老年住院患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染的临床分析及护理

摘　　要：目的:了解老年住院患者感染鲍曼不动杆菌的现状及危害,以采取及时有效的护理措施控制感染。方法:回顾性统计并分析我院2010年1月～2011年12月老年住院患者感染鲍曼不动杆菌的数据,总结针对控制老年住院患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染的护理措施。结果:老年住院患者感染38例。痰标本培养阳性33例,占86.84%。结论:老年住院患者感染鲍曼不动杆菌现状不容乐观,在规范治疗和用药的同时,应加强各个环节控制,有效避免及减少中间传播媒介,积极应对鲍曼不动杆菌的传播。Objective：To the status and harm of acinetobacter baumannii infection of elderly inpatients,to adopt timely and effective nursing to control the infection.Methods：Retrospective statistics analysis was performed to understand the data of acinetobacter baumannii infection of elderly patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011.To summary the nursing measures to control the acinetobacter baumannii infection of elderly patients in hospital.Results：Elderly patients with 38 cases were infected,33 cases were positive of sputum cultures,accounted for 86.84%.Conclusion：The present situation of elderly patients in hospital infect acinetobacter baumannii was optimistic,except standard treatment and drug use,each link of the nursing control measures also should be strengthened,to avoid and decrease middle media effectively,to respond to the spread of acinetobacter baumannii actively.
