广西城市建成区土地集约利用评价

摘　　要：本文采用2009年统计年鉴数据资料,从土地投入强度、土地使用程度及土地利用效益三个方面构建了城市建成区土地集约利用综合评价的指标体系。利用因子分析法对广西14个地级市城市建成区的土地集约利用状况进行综合评价,并采用聚类分析法将广西城市土地集约利用综合水平划分为四个等级。从整体上说,广西14个地级市城市建成区土地集约利用水平存在明显的空间差异,应因地制宜、充分发挥地方优势,努力缩小各城市间土地集约利用的差距。This paper is used to the data of Statistical Yearbook 2009, from the three aspects of the investment intensity of land and the de- gree of land use and the efficiency of land use, in order to establish the urban built-up areas of intensive land use of the index system of com- prehensive evaluation. Through the comprehensive evaluation of using factor analyses intensive land use of the urban built-up areas which are the 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi. And Guangxi urban intensive land use level is divided into four grades with cluster analysis. Generally speaking, there are significant spatial differences in the land intensive use level of built-up areas of 14 prefecture-level city, should be adapted to local conditions, give full play to local advantages, efforts to narrow the gap between intensive use of land in various cities.
