摘　　要：从区域、规模、形式三个方面,阐述了我国农地承包经营权流转现状。从农地流转价格、农民权益保障、耕地与基本农田保护和土地产权管理四个方面,阐述了当前农用地流转存在的问题,最后提出了若干促进农用地流转的合理对策。From the three aspects of the region, size and form,the paper expounds the Current Situation of contract management right of rural land in China. From the four aspects of the agricultural land transfer price, farmers＇ rights and interests protection, the Cultivated Land and the Basic Farmland Protection,and land property rights management,the paper also finds out the problems of the agricultural land transfer, then proposes some reasonable countermeasures to promote the agricultural land transfer.
