中国土地管理体制改革的研究综述

摘　　要：中国土地管理体制改革一直以来是学界所关注的问题。本文运用文献综合法和对比法,总结了2004年前后中国土地管理体制的研究差异,从中发现2004年以前专家学者主要针对中国土地管理体制的缺陷、基本内容以及改革模式构想三方面进行思考;2004年以后则从实施情况分析、理论研究和深化改革三方面着手。最后,本文就现阶段中国土地管理体制改革的存在问题进行论述,并提出相关的改进建议。China land management reform has been the concerns of the academic problem. By using literature method and comparison method, the paper summed up the studies differences of China land management institution before and after 2004. It found out that experts mainly aimed at the defects, contents and reform model of China land management institution before 2004; after 2004 scholars focused on the analysis about the implementation, theories and deepening reform. Finally, the paper discussed the real problems about China land manage- ment reform, and came up with some improvement suggestions.
