新腕踝针与传统腕踝针对痛症疗效的比较观察

摘　　要：目的:观察新腕踝针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例肩周炎患者随机分为两组,每组25例。治疗组采用新腕踝针针刺,对照组采用传统腕踝针治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分、平均起效时间及持续缓解时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新腕踝针对肩周炎的治疗效果优于传统腕踝针组。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on PS. Methods： 50 patients with PS were randomly divided into two groups, 25 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated by a new kind wrist-ankle acupuncture, and the control group was treated by a traditional acupuncture. Results： After treatment group VAS score, average onset time and effective duration were compared with the control group, and significant differences were detected （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： New wrist-ankle acupuncture has better effect in the treatment of PS than the traditional wrist-ankle acupuncture treated group.
