摘　　要：目的:观察梅花针扣刺拔罐结合针刺治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:对40例和32例痤疮患者,分别采用梅花针扣刺拔罐结合针刺和西药治疗,观察两种疗法的治疗疗效。结果:中医治疗组显效率97.5%,高于西药治疗组75%(P<0.05)。结论:采用梅花针扣刺拔罐结合针刺治疗痤疮疗效明显优于西药治疗,且方法独特,无毒副作用,优于西药治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of needling by percussopunctator acupuncture combined with ventouse in treating ordinary acne. Methods： 40 cases and 32 cases of acne were treated with percussopunctator acupuncture combined with ventouse and modern medicine respectively. Results： The total effective rate of the TCM treated group was 97.5%, higher than that of modern medicine treated group 75% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Percussopunctator acupuncture combined with ventouse had better effect in acne than modern medicine. It was special without side effects.
