摘　　要：目的:观察金关片治疗类风湿关节炎(活动期)的临床疗效。方法:95例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为中医辨证治疗组(金关片组)47例,西医抗风湿治疗组48例。进行疗效对比。结果:金关片组与西药组总有效率分别为97.7%、94.5%,中药组疗效略优于西药组,但在统计学中无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:金关片治疗类风湿关节炎不良反应小且疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinguan tablets in treating rheumatoid arthritis （active phase）. Methods： 95 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the TCM treatment groups （the Jinguan tablet group） ,48 patients, and modem medicine anti-rheumatic treatment group, 47 patients. Results： The total efficiency of the Jingnan tablet group and modem medicine group was 97.7% and 94.5%, respectively. The efficacy of Jinguan tablet group was slightly better than the modern medicine group, but there was no significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： There were few adverse reactions in the treatment of RA by Jinguan tablet, and the efficacy was satisfactory.
