弹性髓内钉与牵引结合夹板固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较弹性髓内钉与牵引结合夹板固定治疗单纯闭合性小儿股骨干骨折的效果。方法:手术组28例行弹性髓内钉治疗,对照组30例行牵引结合夹板固定直到骨折愈合。结果:手术组患者住院时间短,负重时间早,骨折愈合快,并发症发生率低等明显优于非手术组(P<0.01)。结论:弹性髓内钉技术具有手术创伤小、住院时间短、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点,值得在儿童股骨干骨折治疗中推广使用。Objective： To compare the effect of elastic bone nail and traction combined with splintage in treating single closed pediatric fracture of shaft of femur. Methods： 28 cases in the operation group was treated with elastic bone nails, and 30 cases in the control group was treated with traction combined with splint, age. Results： Patients in the operation group were short in the length of stay, and had lower incidence rate of complication than the non-operation group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： elastic bone nail treatment had many advantages, including small surgical trauma, short length of stay, fast union of fracture and few complication, worth application in treating single closed pediatric fracture of shaft of femur.
