摘 要:通过磷化处理制备了软磁绝缘铁粉,并采用粉末冶金工艺制成软磁复合材料,研究了压制压力、成形润滑剂种类及其添加量对所制备的软磁复合材料电磁性能的影响。结果表明:铁粉经磷化处理后,表面成功包覆了完整均匀的磷酸盐绝缘层;随成形润滑剂添加量的增加,复合材料的磁芯密度降低;添加0.20%(质量分数)PS1000b超级润滑剂的复合材料的磁芯密度、磁导率和饱和磁感应强度最高,矫顽力和磁滞损耗最低;随压制压力增大,复合材料的磁芯密度和磁导率增大,电阻率减小,中高频磁损耗增大。Soft magnetic insulated powders were prepared by phosphorization. Soft magnetic composites were fabricated by the method of powder metallurgy. The influences of lubricant additions and compaction pressure on the magnetic and electrical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the phosphating process gives rise to a large coverage of the iron powders surface by the iron phosphate coating. Increasing the lubricant content results in lower green density of the composites. The sample containing 0. 20wt% PS1000b super lubricant shows the highest density, permeability and saturation magnetization, also the lowest coercive force and hysteresis loss. With increase in the compaction pressure, density and permeability of the magnetic core increase, while resistivity decreases and magnetic loss increases at medium and high frequencies.
