摘 要:运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对履带板链节铸造工艺进行了初步设计,发现铸件内部产生了缩孔、缩松缺陷,利用CAE模拟软件对履带板链节初始工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了工艺产生缺陷的部位及其原因。在此基础上,通过改变浇注系统,优化铸造工艺,对优化工艺再次进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,优化工艺实现了履带板链节的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷。生产实践表明,采用优化工艺生产的履带板链节内部组织致密,符合技术要求。The original casting process of chain link was designed by conventional design method. The solidification process was simulated using CAE software, The location and causes of the shrinkage defects under original were analyzed. Based on this, the pouring system was changed for process optimization and the optimized casting process was simulated again. The result shows that the optimized technology can ensure castings progressive solidification, eliminate the shrinkage and porosity. The productive practive indicates that the structure of chain link produced by optimized technology is compact and the quality of the chain link accords with technical requirement.
