摘　　要：目的利用B超引导下的标准通道经皮肾镜气压弹道与超声碎石技术联合的方法对患有复杂性肾结石的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取76例患有复杂性肾结石的临床确诊病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组38例。分别采用常规手术方法和在B超引导的标准通道下经皮肾镜气压弹道与超声碎石技术联合的方法进行治疗。结果 B组的手术时间和住院时间明显短于A组;患者手术过程中的出血量明显少于A组;患者治疗的彻底性和安全性明显优于A组。结论利用B超引导下的标准通道经皮肾镜气压弹道与超声碎石技术联合的方法对患有复杂性肾结石的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of patients with complex renal calculi by using B ultrasound guided standard channel pneumatic lithotripsy under percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy.Method 76 cases of patients with complex renal calculi were divided into two groups of A,B,each group of 38 cases in average.Group A was treated in conventional operation method and group B was treated in B ultrasound guided standard channel pneumatic lithotripsy under percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy.Results Operation time in group B was shorter than that in group A obviously.Bleeding in patients of group B during surgery was significantly less than in group A.Thoroughness and safety of patients in group B was significantly better than group A.Conclusions Clinical effect of B ultrasound guided standard channel pneumatic lithotripsy under percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy is very obvious.
