摘　　要：根据密集烤房群的监控和管理需要,针对某烟草公司烤房群的现场特点,设计了一种基于CAN总线网络技术的密集烤房群远程监控系统。以AT89C55WD单片机和SJA1000独立CAN控制器为核心,设计了下位机节点硬件和软件,实现了与上位机节点的实时通信。上位机可对现场60座密集烤房的烘烤过程数据进行采集、处理和记录,并以多种人机界面输出给监控管理人员。所设计的监控系统连接简单、通信可靠,实时性强,易于扩展。According to the requirements of remote monitoring and management for bulk curing barn group, a bulk curing barn group monitoring system based on CAN bus network technology was designed for a tobacco company. It took AT89C55WD and SJA1000 stand-alone CAN controller as the core, designed the hardware and software of slave node, realized real-time communication to master node. The master computer can collect and record the baking process data from 60 bulk curing barn in the field, and with a variety of man-machine interface output to monitoring and management personnel. The designed system is simpter to con- nect, better real-time, and easier to be expanded.
