摘  要:针对无人值守生活污水处理站工况实时性监测问题,采用ZigBee无线传感器网络技术和GPRS技术设计了一种污水处理站工况远程监测系统。给出了系统的总体框架结构,设计了ZigBee/GPRS网关、监测节点的硬件和软件、上位机管理软件。实现了污水处理站市电、水泵、浮球开关等状态定期自动采集,经GPRS网络传输给监测中心PC服务器,对于异常状态以短信息形式给维护人员发送告警信息。测试结果表明,系统运行可靠、稳定,满足污水处理站工况实时远程监测和集中管理功能。Abstract : For real-time monitoring of the unattended domestic sewage treatment station,remote monitoring system of the sew- age treatment station conditions based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and GPRS technology was designed. After discussed the framework structure of the system, ZigBee-GPRS gateway as well as monitoring node of the hardware and software, and PC manage- ment software was designed. Besides, the status of the sewage treatment station such as mains supply,pump, float switch, etc. regu- larly collect automatically via GPRS network transmission to the PC server of the monitoring center, and sends the abnormal state in SMS to maintenance personnel for alarm was realized. The results show that the system is reliable, stable, and satisfy the require- ments of real-time remote monitoring of sewage treatment station and centralized management functions.
