摘  要:介绍了铅酸蓄电池实时温度监测系统设计方案,系统以超低功耗16位单片机MSP430F1121PW为核心,通过表贴式Pt1000构建的电桥电路对铅酸蓄电池壳体温度进行实时监测;系统采用nRF24L01构建了无线数据通信模块,实现了温度监测结果的远程传输;为了匹配蓄电池供电的低功耗要求,系统设计了基于TLV70433和TPS76933的两级电源管理单元;理论分析表明,系统具有较低的功耗和较高的测量精度。A real-time temperature monitoring system of lead acid battery is introduced based on the ultra-low power consump- tion microcomputer MSP430F1121 PW. The system uses surface mount type Pt1000 to monitor the temperature of battery' s shell, and adopts bridge circuit as translation circuit, a wireless data communication module based on nRF24L01 is designed to realize re- mote transmission of detecting results,a two-level power management unit based on TLV70433 and TPS76933 is also designed to match the low consumption supply of battery. And analyzes show it has higher precision and lower consumption compare to the tra- ditional detecting ways.
