摘  要:系统由传感器、流量计、温箱、测试板及计算机软硬件组成。采用LabWindows/CVI编写软件程序,功能包括:控制温箱实现对传感器的定时保温;控制流量计实现对传感器定时定量通入比例气体;通过测试板采集传感器数据;对采集数据自动整理。该软件采用多线程编程,充分发挥CVI函数库的强大功能,保证各项工作同时进行,具有界面友好、运行速度快、成本低、可靠性高的优点。经过PC机与下位机的通讯测试,系统可有效地实现对传感器的自动标定。The system consists of sensors, flow meters, temperature cabinet, test boards and computer hardware and software. The software programs were made by LabWindows/CVI. The function of the software includes several aspects. One is that it can control a temperature cabinet to keep the temperature of sensors fixed, the other is that it can control flow meters to compound gas for sensors according to a given proportion. The software also can collect data of the sensors through the test boards, and sort the da- ta of the sensors automatically. The software was made by multithreaded programming, which utilizes a strong function of CVI func- tion library and so ensures that each part can work simultaneously. The software has the advantages of fast operation ,friendly inter- face, low cost and high reliability. After the communication test between PC and lower machine, the system can effectively achieve the automatic calibration of the sensors.
