摘  要:设计了一种应用于微摩擦测试中的双平行簧片结构弹性元件,此弹性元件可同时测量正压力及摩擦力;从理论上分析了弹性元件的力学性能,通过有限元数值仿真方法研究了弹性元件的受力变形;最后对弹性元件进行了标定试验并进行试验数据分析。结果表明:双平行簧片结构弹性元件具有良好的线性特性、回复特性及灵敏特性,为高精度微摩擦力测试提供一种有效的试验工具。Abstract :A new elastic element with double parallel spring was designed, which will be used in micro-friction test and has the capability of simultaneously measuring micro friction and normal force. The mechanical properties of the elastic element were ana- lyzed in theory and the strain characteristics of the elastic element were studied by the finite-element numerical simulation method. Finally ,the stiffness calibration experiment of the spring was done;the results of calibration experiment show that the elastic ele- ment double parallel spring is of exceptional linearity and preferable recoverability. It is an effective tool for the high-precision mi- cro-friction experiment.
