丹参和黄芪注射液在溃疡性结肠炎中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨丹参和黄芪注射液治疗活动期的中重度溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)的临床疗效。方法　除常规治疗外 ,加用丹参注射液 0 8～ 1 2ml/kg/日及黄芪注射液 0 6～ 1 0ml/kg/日静脉滴注 ,每疗程 14天。并与常规治疗方法对照比较。结果　丹参、黄芪组取得良好治疗效果的时间为 12 7± 5 6天 ,明显短于常规治疗组 17 3± 7 8天 (P <0 0 5 ) ;丹参、黄芪组糖皮质激素使用剂量也明显低于常规治疗组 (P <0 0 1) ;常规治疗组有 2例出现严重并发症 ,而丹参、黄芪组无 1例出现。结论　丹参和黄芪注射液治疗活动期中重度UC有较好疗效 。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus injection on patients with moderate-severe ulcerative colitis(UC) in the stage of activity. Methods At the same time of routine therapy, salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus injection were given by intravenous drip. The doses were 0 8～1 2 ml/kg/day for salvia miltiorrhiza and 0.6～1.0 ml/kg/day for Asrtagalus.The course was about 14 days. The results were Compared with that of normal therapy. Results:The effective time of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus was 12.7±5.6 days. It was significantly shorter than that of normal therapy, which was 17.3±7.8 days( P <0 05). The doses of corticosteroid hormone in group of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus were smaller than that of normal therapy grorp( P <0 01).There were two patients having severe complications in normal therapy group, but none in group of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus.Conclusion salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus have good effects in treatment of moderate-severe active ulcerative colitis, but no side-effects.
