摘　　要：运用自拟清解透疹汤加减或结合西药治疗成人麻疹 1 1例 ,其中顺证 6例 ,逆证 5例 ,结果均获痊愈 ,无后遗症出现。并对成人麻疹的发病原因与对策进行探讨 ,分析其发病特点 ,提出适时进行再次免疫对人体有益 ,主张早期诊断 ,对麻疹重证逆证采用中西医结合疗法 。adult measles (including 6 smooth cases and 5 adverse cases) are treated by self issued Qinjie Touzhen decoction, or combined with western medicine if necessary. All patients are cured without consequences. Etiological and pathological analysis of measles indicates that a second time of immunization at proper time will benefit the patient. Early diagnose, application of integrated Traditional Western Medical therapy to severe and adverse measles will accelerate convalescent.\;
