摘　　要：目的 :总结分析恶性胸腔积液目前的治疗方法。方法 :回顾 61例恶性胸腔积液的治疗 ,并结合文献总结分析治疗方案及治疗结果。结论 :胸腔穿刺或胸腔闭式引流Objective: To summary and analyze the present treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: we reviewed 61 cases of Malignant pleural effusion and the relative literature and analyzed the methods and effect of treatment.Conclusion: pleuralocentesis or pleural plenracotomy is one of the most effective treatment.
