“上善若水,水利万物而不争”——回忆爷爷吴觉农的好友、安徽茶人傅宏镇先生

摘　　要：傅宏镇先生(1901-1966)1921年毕业于安徽省茶务讲习所,1923年曾在安徽秋浦、祁门茶场任职。1932年底参加吴觉农组织的祁门茶业调查,主笔《祁门之茶业》(1933),这是祁门最早的一篇茶业报告。1934年后,傅先生在浙江第五区茶场和三界茶场任职,指导茶叶生产和制作。1938年后,傅先生在安徽事茶直到1965年退休。傅先生在他42年的茶业生涯里,写过多篇的茶业调查、茶叶制作改良和茶文化的文章,编撰《中外茶书艺文志》(1940)和《茶名汇考》(2000)。本文通过多年来所收集的零星片断,追忆傅先生的为人和他对茶业和茶文化的贡献。Mr. Hong-zhen Fu （1901 - 1966 ） graduated from Anhui Tea Institute in 1921, and since 1923 he worked in both Qiu-pu and Qi-men tea farms. In 1932 he participated in the investigation of the Qi-men tea businesses and wrote the first report about the investigation in the following year. Fu then did research and taught both at Zhejiang No. 5 tea farm and at San-jie tea farm in 1934 through 1937. Mr. Fu worked in Tea research and production in Anhui from 1938 until his retirement. Mr. Fu wrote many reports about tea production and development, and wrote several books about tea cultivation, tea processing, tea culture and the catalogue of tea books in Chinese and foreign history. This article traces his life and his contributions to the tea development and research in the 20th century.
