摘 要:利用氧指数,锥形量热仪试验和酒精喷灯燃烧试验研究几种阻燃剂在格栅用的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中的阻燃及协效作用。结果表明:单种阻燃剂在相同添加量下,氯化石蜡(CP)阻燃HDPE的极限氧指数最高,并能通过酒精喷灯燃烧试验。两种阻燃剂配合使用时,可膨胀石墨(EG)/CP、EG/氢氧化铝(ATH)、ATH/红磷(RP)具有较好的协效作用;CP/RP和ATH/硼酸锌共用具有对抗作用;溴系阻燃剂与RP、EG、ATH共用时协效作用不明显。阻燃HDPE只有在极限氧指数大于25,燃烧中滴落速度较快时,才能通过酒精喷灯燃烧试验。The flame retarding and synergistic effects of several flame retardants in high density polyethy- lene (HDPE) used for grid were analyzed by limited oxygen index, cone calorimeter test and alcohol blow lamp test. The experimental results showed that HDPE retarded by chlorinate paraffin (CP) ac- quired the highest limited oxygen index and passed alcohol blow lamp test. The synergistic effect be- tween expandable graphite (EG) and CP, and the synergistic effect between aluminium hydroxide (ATH) and EG or RP were found. However, there were no synergistic effects between the bromine containing flame retardants and the inorganic retardants including RP, EG and ATH. Red phosphorus (RP) combined with CP, and ATH combined with zinc borate had antagonistic effects. Moreover, it was found that only if the limited oxygen index was higher than 25 and the molten HDPE dripped easily the flame retarded HDPE could pass alcohol blow lamp test.
