摘 要:采用水热法合成正八面体和凹二十四面体六角锥形两种形貌纯Cu2O微晶,通过对不同保温时间下产物的SEM表征形貌进行分析,提出特殊形貌凹二十四面体六角锥形Cu2O形成机理。在少量H2O2存在和可见光照射下,凹二十四面体六角锥形Cu2O降解罗丹明—B染料光催化活性优于正八面体,表明Cu2O微晶光催化活性与形貌密切相关。Two morphology of octahedron and concave tetrahexahedron Hexagonal pyramid pure Cu2O powder were prepared by hydrothermal method. The morphology and structure of product were examined by SEM and XRD technology. The possible formation mechanism of concave tetrahexahedron Hexagonal pyramid Cu: O is proposed in this paper by analyzing the morphology of product prepared at different reaction time. The concave tetrahexahedron Hexagonal pyramid Cu2O exhibits better photo-catalytic activity than octahedron Cu: O at the existence of litde H2O: and irradiated by 500W xenon lamp. That is to say the photocatalytic activity of Cu2O microcrystalline is closely related with its morphology.
