预警管理在控制压疮中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察压疮风险评估在压疮预警管理中的应用效果。方法以我院2010年收治的高危患者作为对照组(干预前),2011年收治的高危患者作为观察组(干预后)。结果采用压疮风险评估预警管理前后,压疮高危上报人数、压疮危险评估率、压疮发生人数、压疮发生率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论使用Braden压疮风险评估表进行压疮风险评估,成立压疮干预小组,进行预警管理,提高了临床护士压疮危险预测的准确率及预防措施的规范性,降低了院内压疮的发生率。Objective： To observe the results of pressure ulcer risk evaluation and mitigation strategies programs in high risk group. Methods： Braden Risk Assessment Scale was applied in high risk inpatients during 2011 as experiment group while the patients hospitalized the year before without intervening measure as control. The pressure ulcer screening, evaluation and report system was ean＇ied out among the former group. The differences between forecast morbidity and incidence rate were analyzed in both groups. Results： After intervention, there was significant difference in terms of report data, high risk evaluation rate and the number of patients suffered from pressure ulcer, as well as the incidence rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of Bra- den Risk Assessment Scale and therapeutic working group play pivotal role in risk evaluation and mitigation strategies programs, which is helpful to decrease pressure ulcer incidence rate and improve the valid warning system for clinical care.
