几种大环内酯类药物对家蚕细菌性败血病防治效果的研究

摘　　要：在对卒倒杆菌和黑胸败血菌引起的细菌性败血病的防治试验中,依托红霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素和琥乙红霉素有效浓度均在15.6mg/L和7.8mg/L以下。接种卒倒杆菌后添食不同时间药叶,10mg/L、20mg/L、50mg/L依托红霉素、克拉霉素3h以上处理和罗红霉素、琥乙红霉素5h以上处理能达到100%的防治效果。In the control test of the bacterial septicemia caused by Bacillus thuringiensis and Beauveria bassiana, the effective concentration of crythromycin estolate, clarithromycin, roxithromycin and erythromycin ethylsucci- nate were lower than 15. 6mg/L, and 7.8mg/L. Silkworms were fed on the leaves with medicine for various peri- ods of time after inoculating the bacterial septicemia.the control effect can reach 100% if fed on 10,20,50mg/L rythromycin estolate or clarithromycin over 3hrs and roxithromycin or erythromycin ethylsuccinate over 5hrs.
