三氯生对家蚕病原体杀灭效果研究

摘　　要：研究了三氯生对家蚕病毒多角体、白僵菌、曲霉菌和卒倒杆菌的杀灭效果,浓度为1000mg/L、500mg/L三氯生的10.0g/L碳酸钠溶液对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)有一定的杀灭作用;浓度为1000mg/L三氯生的10.0g/L碳酸钠溶液对白僵菌和曲霉菌有轻微的杀灭作用;浓度为1000mg/L、500mg/L、250mg/L三氯生的10.0g/L碳酸钠溶液对卒倒杆菌有轻微的杀灭作用。Inactivating efficacy of triclosan to the BmNPV, BmCPV, Beauveria bassiana, Aspergillus flavus and B. t spores from silkworm were studied in this article. The results showed that 10.0 g/L sodium carbonate solution which contains1000 mg/L,500mg/L of triclosan has certainly inactivated BmNPV; 10.0g/L sodium carbonate so lution containing 1000mg/L triclosan has slightly inactivated Beauveria bassiana and Aspergillus flavus; that of 1000,500,250mg/L of 10.0 g/L triclosan has slightly inactivated B. t spore
