摘  要:该文对山西师范大学图书馆近10年来职工队伍的性别构成、学历、职称、年龄等问题的变化情况进行了细致的考察,通过对这些指标的实证分析,认为该馆职工队伍相对稳定,学历结构和职称结构相对合理,但存在女性比例偏高、人才流失严重、职工队伍老龄化现象严重等问题。呼吁学校重视这一问题,并希望这些问题的提出能为同类型图书馆的人才队伍建设提供借鉴。In this paper, the author makes a detailed study on the staff construction which includs the workforce gender composition, degree, professional title, age of a university library in Shanxi province over the past decade. Through the analysis of these indicators the author considers that the workforce of this library is relatively stable, the educational structure and the professional title structure are relatively reasonable, but there are some problems such as the high proportion of women, the brain drain,the aging of the workforce. The author calls on the school to pay attention to this problem and hopes these problems proposed for the development of qualified personnel could provide the reference for same type library.
