高寒民族地区城乡融合度测评——以甘南州合作市为例

摘　　要：城乡一体化是一个长期、复杂、渐进的过程。在这个过程中,既表现出纵向演进的阶段性,又表现出横向发展的地区差别性。因此,科学测评城乡融合度,有利于客观展现城乡一体化综合水平的发展趋势和地区差异。合作市是甘南州州府所在地,是全州的政治、经济、文化活动中心,其城乡协调的发展态势对全州具有很强的示范带动作用。采用主成分分析法与层次分析法,计算了合作市2000～2008年间的城乡协调度,结果表明:2000～2008年,城乡经济融合度的指数值从3.09持续扩大到15.58,城乡经济差距逐年拉大;人口融合度指数由0.32逐渐提升到0.42,城镇化进程缓慢;社会融合度由0.70提升到1.46,社会融合度较好,但城乡社会事业发展整体较低;生活融合度由4.49下降到2.60,城乡差距逐渐缩小,但城乡差距依然较大。Urban-rural integration is a long, complex and gradual process. In this process, both the vertical evolution on difference stage, but also showed regional differences of horizontal development. Therefore, scien- tific desiging evaluation system for urban-rural integration is important to rapidly promot the integration and ef- fective implementation of the strategic. Hezuo City is located in Gannan Prefecture,is the states＂ political, eco- nomic,cultural centers,and its coordinated state and development trend of urban-rural has a strong demonstra- tion effect. Useing principal component analysis and hierarchical analysis,calculated the incorporation degree of urban-rural intergration in 2000~2008. The results showed that the degree of economic integration of urban-ru- ral continued to expand from 3.09 to 15.58,economic gap between urban and rural was widening year by year. The degree of population integration of urban-rural increase gradually from 0.32 to 0.42,which means the slow process of urbanization. The degree of social integration raised from 1.46 to 0.7, which was better than before But, the overall social development of urban and rural was low, the incorporation degree of life decreased from the 4.49 to 2.20,which means the gap between urban and rural areas was narrowing,but still large
