摘　　要：针对Φ300 mm棒材机组局部设备设备扩容后,出现的部分设备能力富余,未扩容部分依然存在能力不足,工艺与设备能力匹配度不高的问题,通过对工艺设计的优化,消除生产工艺中的设备薄弱环节,达到增产增效的目的。After capacity enlarged of partial equipments in qb300 nun bar miU, surplus capacity appeared and capacity of other non - enlarged equipments is not enough, the process and equipment capacity can not meet weU. Process design is optimized to elimate the weak link in production and reches the target of production and profit increasing.
