摘　　要：9亿农村人口约占中国总人口的70%,因此,如何解决"三农"问题关乎和谐社会的构建。而"三农"问题的核心在于资金,普惠金融在国际上一些国家和地区发展的成功经验可供借鉴。作者着重介绍国际上普惠金融发展的成功模式,并对比我国现阶段农村金融发展实际,提出适合在我国推广的普惠金融发展模式建议。In China, nine hundred million people that accounts for 70 percent of the total population live in rural areas; therefore, how to solve problems about agriculture, rural areas and peasantry is important for China to construct a harmonious society. Fund is the key to deal with these issues. China can draw references from the suc- cessful experience of the inclusive finance in other countries. In this study, the successful mode of the inclusive fi- nance is introduced. Besides, the present situation of rural finance in China is analyzed. Furthermore, some advice about how to generalize inclusive finance in China is proposed.
