试析民间借贷的法律规制

摘　　要：近年来,我国一些地区民间借贷日益活跃,借贷案件大量出现。以稳定经济发展,建设和谐社会的角度出发,规范民间借贷,促进民间借贷有序发展就显得非常重要。文章提出应从完善民间借贷相关法律法规,妥善处理民间借贷纠纷来加强对民间借贷的监管。In recent years, the private lending has become more and more in some areas of our country, and the cases concerned such loans has also occured in a big scale. In order to stabilize the economy development and construct a harmonious society, it is quite important to regulate the private lending so as to make it develop or- derly and stablely. Therefore, the author puts forward that we should perfect related laws and regulations, properly deal with the disputes and try to strengthen the supervision of the private lending.
