摘　　要：TOPSIS方法是研究多准则决策问题中有关排序的一种有效的方法。高校科研项目的评价和选优是个典型的多准则决策问题。利用TOPSIS方法对高校的科研项目做出综合评价与排序,结果说明该方法的科学性、可行性、可信性与合理性。同时,此方法能够为类似的评价提供理论指导和模型参考,具有一定的实际意义。TOPSIS is a kind of effective technique on ranking in multi-criteria decision-making problem. The evaluation of research projects of university and college is a typical multi-criteria decision-making problem. Uses TOPSIS method to make comprehensive evaluation and sort order of the research projects of university and college. The conclusion shows that the method is scientific.reliability.accuracy and reasonable. Meanwhile, This method can provide theoretical guidance for the similar evaluation and reference model, it has certain practical significance.
