摘　　要：目的 :观察双黄连液喷雾对全层头皮缺损并感染自体组织重建修复中的作用。方法 :对 8例不同面积全层头皮撕脱并伤口感染患者采用暴露疗法 ,应用自体颅骨膜或帽状腱膜粘贴于颅骨面上 ,同时采用双黄连液喷雾 ,观察疗效。结果 :8例患者均治愈 ,修复头皮不同程度长出头发。结论 :双黄连液具有活血化瘀 ,调整机体免疫功能、抗感染、诱导组织产生超氧化物歧化酶等多种作用 ,在自体组织重建治疗中可修复头皮缺损区。Objective:To observe the effect of Shuanghuanglian injection(双黄连注射液) was sprayed on rebuilding and repairing autotissue of skull skin which was defected and infected extentively.Methods:Eight cases which skull skin were defected and infected extentively were glued with autopericranium or epicranial aponeurosis exposively and were sprayed with Shuanghuanglian injection.Results:All of 8 cases were cured and hair regenerated from repaired skull skin.Conclusions:Shuanghuanglian have blood activating stasis removing,adjust immunologic function,antiinfections and induce tissue producting superoxide dismutase.It also can repair defects of skull skin in rebuilding autotissue.
