摘  要:目的探讨γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的镇痛作用及其与GABA。受体的关系。方法小鼠侧脑室注射或鞘内注射GABA,注射GABA后静脉注射GABA。受体阻断药一叶蔌碱,用热板法和扭体法实验观察小鼠热板疼痛指数(HPPI)、扭体次数的变化。结果注射GABA能增加小鼠的HPPI、减少扭体次数,一叶蔌碱能减少HPPI、增加扭体次数。结论侧脑室或者鞘内注射GABA可产生镇痛效应,GABA。受体可能是GABA镇痛作用的重要靶位。Objective To investigate the effects of GABAA receptor on the analgesia induced by GABA in mice. Methods GABA was intracerebroventricularly or intrathecally injected and securinine, a GABAA receptor antagonist, was intravenously injected after the GABA injection. Then two techniques including hot - plate test and acetic acid - in- duced writhing test were employed to evaluate the effects on the pain index in hot - plate test (HPPI) and the writhing times. Results GABA increased the HPPI, but decreased writhing times. Securinine can partially antagonize the effects stimulated by GABA. Conclusion Intracerebroventricular or intrathesal injection of GABA can induce analgesia. GABAA receptor may be an important target for the analgesic effect.
