摘　　要：目的评价全脑血管造影术(DSA)的可行性与安全性。方法回顾性分析242例全脑血管造影术的结果,并对出现并发症的原因进行分析。结果 242例全脑血管造影术共8例发生并发症,发生率为3.31%,其中穿刺点皮下血肿4例,脑血管痉挛2例,迷走神经反射1例,穿刺处假性动脉瘤1例,无术中脑出血及其他并发症出现,在造影过程中无死亡病例。结论 DSA对于脑血管疾病是一项较为安全、灵敏的检查方法,检查过程中注意操作细致,完全可以避免严重并发症的出现。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of digital subtraction angiography （DSA） in treating cerebrovascutar diseases. Methods The resuhs of cerebral imaging of 242 patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the causes of complications were analyzed. Results A total of 232 cases were found positive among 242 patients with complete cerebrovascular imaging; complications occurred in 8 cases, including puncture point subcutaneous haematoma in 4 cases, cerebral vasospasm in 2 cases, the vagus nerve reflection in 1 case, puncture of pseudo aneurysm in 1 case ; there was no intraoperative hemorrhage and other complications and no deaths in the process of imaging. Conclusion DSA for cerebrovascular diseases is a relatively safe and sensitive inspection methods. Meticulous attention in the check process of operation can avoid the occurrence of serious complications.
