摘  要:介绍了用于优化活性焊工艺参数试验的响应曲面法和CCD中心组合设计的基本原理,通过选取合适的星号臂以及中心点重复试验次数,在尽量减少试验次数的基础之上增加了拟合的准确性。通过软件的综合分析获得了目标响应的最优参数值,并通过在该参数下的重复性试验验证其准确性,从而说明响应面法可以很好地解决活性焊最优工艺确定问题。The response surface method to optimize A-TIG welding parameters wais introduced in this paper,as well as the basic principles of CCD central composite design.By selecting appropriate asterisk arm and the number of repeated trials of the center point,the number of tests were reduced as far as possible and the fitting accuracy was raised.Through a comprehensive software analysis,the optimal parameter value of response was obtained.Repetitive tests were carried out to verify its accuracy,which showed that response surface method could be a good solution to A-TIG welding process optimization.
