氨基酸螯合锌对凉山岩鹰鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：试验选择21日龄的凉山岩鹰鸡400只随机分成试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ、试验组Ⅳ和对照组,分别添加30、60、90、120 mg/kg的氨基酸螯合锌,对照组不添加,进行饲养试验。试验结果表明:添加氨基酸螯合锌不同程度地提高凉山岩鹰鸡的生长速度和饲料利用率,提高胸肌率、腿肌率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数和吞噬指数;其中试验组Ⅲ的生长速度、饲料利用率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胸肌率、腿肌率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),吞噬指数极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01)。In the test,400 Liangshan rock eagle chicken of 21 days old were randomly divided in to 5 groups,group I～IV were respectively fed with 30,60,90,and 120 mg/kg of zinc-amino ac id chelate,and the control group was fed without it.The results showed that zinc-amino acid che late added could promote rock eagle chicken’s growth rate,feed conversion rate,breast muscle rate,leg muscle rate,spleen index,thymus index,index of bursa of Fabricius and index of phago cytosis to different degrees.Compared with the control,test group III showed a distinctively high er growth rate and a higher feed conversion rate（P0.05）,group III’s breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate were also significantly higher（P0.01）,its spleen index,thymus index,index of bursa of Fabricius were distinctively higher（P0.05）,and its index of phagocytosis was much more high er（P0.01）.
