摘　　要：通过比较分析学和文献研究,深刻揭示美国职业体育"反垄断豁免"的启示意义,指出我国职业体育应该顺应体育社会化、市场化发展以及政府体制改革的要求,借鉴美国职业体育发展模式,结合我国国情,转变政府体育职能,实施职业体育行业"准垄断",构建中国特色的职业体育发展模式——在政府监管下的社会自治、市场自主的发展模式。Through the comparative analysis and the methods of literature review, the article fist reveals the enlight- enment profoundly from the Antitrust Exemption of American professional sports. Then it points out that China should conform to the tendency of the socialization, the marketization and the demand of the government institutional reform, and draw lessons from the development model of American professional sports. Finally, combining the conditions of our country and the new sport functions of the government, it asserts that China should Carry out the Quasi - monopo- ly model in the professional sports industry, that is, to construct the professional sports development mode with Chi- nese characteristic.
