黄独总皂苷的含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的:测定黄独中总皂苷的含量,为其质量标准的建立提供依据。方法:以薯蓣皂苷为对照品,采用比色法在458nm处利用比色法测定黄独总皂苷。结果:黄独总皂苷在0.086～0.946mg范围内有良好的线性关系(R=0.9999),回收率为99.34%,RSD为1.06%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为黄独总皂苷的含量测定方法。Objective： To determine total saponins in Dioscorea bulbifera L.,for establishing its quality standard.Methods： Using dioscin as reference substance,the content of total saponins was detected at 458nm by UV colorimetry.Results： The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.086～0.946mg（R=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.34% with RSD 1.06%.Conclusion： This method is accurate,reliable,with good repeatability and recovery rate.It can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
