摘 要:针对当前燃气射流执行机构结构比较复杂这一情况,提出一种射流阀组件式燃气射流执行机构。该机构结构简单,采用陶瓷材料,并且在机构上进行打孔或开槽,使机构的运动部件热变形量减小从而更好地工作。用workbench进行的热固耦合验证表明:机构材料采用膨胀系数较小的特种陶瓷来替代传统用的铜其热变形量会小;同时打孔和开槽比单独的打孔或开槽热变形量更小。For the current structure of combustion gas jet actuator is complicated, a simple structure of combus- tion gas jet actuator was proposed in this paper. The structure of the actuator is simple, which is of ceramic mate rial. Drilling and slotting were taken in the structure, which reduced the thermal deformation of the moving parts. The workbench hot solid coupling results showed thai the ceramic materials of smaller expansion coeffi cient had smaller hot deformation amount than traditional copper material;while drilling and slotting were both taken in the structure,the hot deformation amount was smaller than single punch or slot in it.
