摘 要:大学生就业难关系到社会的稳定、经济的持续发展和人民生活水平的逐步提高。解决此问题的关键在于探明大学生就业困境产生的主要原因及其形成路径。构建的大学生就业困境综合解释模型,可得出以下结论:面试的表现是就业结果最重要的影响因素;就业结果影响因素存在较大的性别差异;人才的供大于求、大学生的就业期望过高和高校人才培养与社会需求不相符合是造成大学生就业困境的三大主要原因。Graduate employment is one of the top ten social problems in the next 10 years related to social stability, sustained economic development, and gradual enhancement of people's living standard. The key to solve this problem is to find out its main causes and the formation paths. This paper, based on the inter- pretation model of graduate employment dilemma, conducts empirical research about the influencing fac- tors and causes of graduates employment predicament and draws the following conclusions: First, the performance of the interview is the most important influencing factors on employment outcomes; Second, influencing factors of employment outcomes has gender differences; Third, there are three main causes of graduates' employment dilemma: oversupply of talents, college students high expectations of employ- ment, and the mismatch between the university personnel training and the needs of the society.
