摘　　要：通过对影响拉矫机使用寿命因素的调查分析，提出了改变传动方式、设计改进上下机架连接、设计改进油气润滑辊子、改造冷却系统等对策，提高了拉矫机的使用寿命。By investigating and analyzing the influence factors of the service life of straightener, put forward the some countermeasures, such as changing the drive mode, improving design of the upper and lower frame connection, and the design of the air-oil lubrication system of ro modifying the cooling system, etc. in order to prolong the service life of the straightener. the the lls.
