摘　　要：For the purpose of document interoperabil- ity testings features used to measure the interoperability are defined and are associated with the concepts in ontol- ogy. A measurement model was established where docu- ment interoperability are measured according to the simi- larity of these features which in turn are determined by the similarity of concepts. The model can be used to measure the interoperability among document formats, document templates and individual documents. It provides an effect way for evaluating the results of document interoperabil- ity testing which is essential to the assurance of system interoperability.
