防治橘臀纹粉蚧药剂的室内筛选

摘　　要：为有效地控制橘臀纹粉蚧Planococcus citri(Risso)发生,测定了6种农药在田间使用浓度下对该虫的致死效果。结果表明,在室内条件下,吡虫啉、烯啶虫胺、啶虫脒、阿维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯对1龄若虫的防治效果较好,用药后72 h校正死亡率均在80.0%以上,而杀扑磷仅74.8%。在防治应用中,建议推荐吡虫啉,烯啶虫胺,啶虫脒3种药剂,同时应针对不同虫态适当调整用药浓度和施药时间,以达到理想的防治效果。In order to control Planococcus citri（Homoptera： Pseudococcidae） effectively,the lethal effects of 6 insecticides were assayed at recommended concentrations in the laboratory.The results showed that 1st instar nymph mortality made by imidacloprid,nitenpyram,acetamiprid,abamectin and beta-Cypermethrin were over 80.0% after 72 hours,but the mortality made by methidathion was 74.8% only.Practically,midacloprid,nitenpyram and acetamiprid were recommended to be used as alternative insecticides to control P.citri.For the best control effect,the spray time and concentration of a insecticide should be adjusted according to development stage of this insect pest.
