摘　　要：要强化国防生军队基层文化工作能力的培养,首先要提高国防生对开展军队基层文化工作重要性的认识;其次要对《军队基层文化工作》课程进行教学改革与创新,将课堂知识延伸到校园文化活动开展的全过程;最后要在相关院校组建国防生社团,发挥大学生社团的作用,以此来影响和推动国防生基层文化工作能力的提高。This paper explores some countermeasures to enforce national defense students＇ ability of grass - roots civilization in army. Firstly ,we should let students understand the importance of grass -roots unit cultural work in army. Secondly ,we should research the teaching reform and innovation in the course of grass - roots unit cultural work in army, and extend the classroom knowledge to campus culture. Finally,we should incorporate national defense students ＇ club in some institutes, and develop the function of the students＇ club, so as to enforce national defense students＇ ability of grass - roots unit cultural work in army.
