摘　　要：随着建设用地问题控制的强化和集约节约用地意识的不断深化,农村建设用地整理逐渐得到了各级政府、部门以及广大群众的重视和支持,并取得了一些成绩,但是,仍然在组织和人员、规划方案编制以及后期监管等方面存在问题。文章立足于对当前农村建设用地整理现状问题的归纳思考,探索性地提出解决对策。With the strengthen of construction land use control and the deepness of awareness of intensive land use, rural construction land consolidation has gotten the attention and support of all levels of government departments and the masses of the people, We achieved some success, but there are still some problems in the organization and person, programming planning yet Supervision later regulatory and some others. Based on the inductive thinking of current rural construction land consolidation problems, this article proposes the countermeasure to solve the nroblems.
