摘　　要：农村民主选举是民主政治建设的重要组成部分,文章以迁安市彭店子乡徐家沟村为例,通过梳理该村2012年民主换届选举存在的问题,分析原因,提出对策,并对农村民主政治进行了展望。Democratic elections in rural areas is an important part of the democratic political construction, the article Township Xu Village, Qian＇an City PENG sub shop, for example, problems exist through the the carding village democratic general election in 2012, to analyze the causes and come up with strategies and ruraldemocratic political outlook.
