摘　　要：当前,泰州市确立了"争创全省转型升级示范区"的目标,这除了要发挥好经济转型升级的龙头带动作用之外,也要发挥好社会转型升级的支撑保障作用。当前,泰州实现社会转型升级的基础状况良好,但离"全省转型升级示范区"的目标还有差距,需要采取措施,进一步加快推进社会全面转型。Currently, Taizhou City established the goal of “striving for the province＇s transformation and upgrading of the demonstration area, addition to play a leading role in economic transformation and upgrading, but also play a support- ing role in safeguarding good social transformation and upgrading. , Taizhou to achieve social transformation and upgrading of the foundation in good condition, but the goals are still far away from ”the province of the transformation and upgrading of demonstration area~ the need to take measures to further accelerate the overall social transformation.
