摘　　要：党的十八大将生态文明建设提到战略高度,向我国人民发出"努力走向社会主义生态文明新时代"的伟大号召。本文分两部分:一、论述人类文明发展历程,阐明党提出加强生态文明建设是对人类文明发展规律的自觉认识和把握;二、从中国道路的特色、社会主义制度的优越性以及中国共产党的性质等三方面,论述"努力走向社会主义生态文明新时代"的重大历史与现实意义。The 18th CPC National Congress raised eco-civilizatiou construction to strategic height, calling on Chinese people to ＂head for the new era of socialist eco-civilization＂. This paper is divided into two parts： 1. expounding on the development history of human civilization, clarifying that strengthening eco-civilization constructinn raised by the CPC is conscious cognition and grasp of law of human civilization development; 2. expounding on the great historical and practical significance of ＂head for the new era of socialist eco-civilization＂ from three aspects： the characteristics of China Road, superiority of socialist system and the nature of the CPC.
